Comfortable spaces to study are essential to university students at all times. These areas in the ODTU campus provide optimum usage of the space for the students in terms of lighting, seating, and access to electrical outlets. The new design for the study spaces considers the existing spatial and architectural qualities. Wooden elements and the open study area carefully integrate themselves into the existing 9-m high exposed concrete structure. A new lighting fixture is hung to the ceiling to provide efficient lighting to the space below while being an aesthetic contribution.
